LinkedIn data: when an authorized administrator of our LinkedIn Pages connects their account to our internal tool, we access, via the official LinkedIn APIs and with the administrator's consent, an OAuth access token and the organization/page identifiers needed to publish and review content on our own LinkedIn Pages, and public engagement (comments, reactions) on our own posts.

To create, review, schedule, and publish organic marketing content to our own LinkedIn Pages and to monitor engagement on our own posts.

To secure, maintain, and improve our websites and tools.

3. LinkedIn data — specific terms

We only manage LinkedIn Pages that we own and administer. We do not manage third parties' pages.

We access LinkedIn member data only as necessary to display public engagement (e.g. comments and reactions) on our own posts within our internal dashboard.

We use LinkedIn data solely for the purposes described here and in compliance with the LinkedIn Marketing API Terms. We do not sell LinkedIn data or share it with third parties for their own use.

OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions authorized by the account holder. Access can be revoked at any time by the administrator via LinkedIn settings or by contacting us.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. LinkedIn-derived data is deleted when no longer needed or upon disconnection of the account.
