Product Description
Prune extract concentrate is a pure, natural water-soluble extract, concentrated to at least 60°Brix without added sugar and with a very low fat content (under 0.1%). With this Brix level and a pH of between 3.5 to 4, prune extract concentrate is a viscous, self-preserving product that does not require refrigerated storage.
